Delivery Details
We deliver Most of areas in Hong Kong.
Delivery is free for an order HKD500 or above.
For orders below the free delivery threshold, we charge a nominal delivery fee of HKD 100.
If the delivery address is at Discovery Bay, or Ma Wan, customer should pay HKD175 (Discovery Bay) or HKD40 (Ma Wan) tunnel fee on top of the delivery charges. You can pool orders with neighbors so that way If more than one household has ordered for delivery in the same area (i.e. Tung Chung, Ma Wan or Discovery Bay) on the same day, the tunnel fee is split between the residents of their respective areas.
The areas that we do not deliver to include remote areas, remote islands, and restricted areas that require a permit.
Orders are dispatched in next two days after receipt of order and payment.We deliver between the hours of 10:00am to 10:00pm.
No delivery services shall be available on the 1st and 2nd day of Chinese New Year, Hong Kong general public holidays, and when typhoon signal No 8 or the black rainstorm signal is hoisted.
No delivery shall be available to premises situated in buildings which have no legal unloading areas within 50 meters of the building.
Delivery service does not include areas that cannot be reached directly by our vehicles or buildings without a functioning lift to the 2/F or above. In such a scenario where lift is Not available, Diagoras Food Co. or its staff will require the customer to pick up the goods at a location chosen by Diagoras Food Co. or its staff.
Please ensure that a person aged 16 or above who is authorized to receive and pay for the order is present at the specified time of delivery at the Customer’s address to receive and pay for the order. If no such person is present, the delivery shall be withdrawn and attempted at another time agreed and the customer may be charged for such an arrangement. Diagoras Food Co. reserves the right to charge the Customer an extra delivery fee.
